Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 20+ years of experience to lead our AMS Delivery team in Chennai and Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT MS SLA Management, PMP, Agile Methodologies, Six Sigma, and CMMI Level 5.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and deliver high-quality services to clients using various delivery management techniques.
Implement and manage IT MS SLA agreements to ensure timely project completion.
Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful service delivery.
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure seamless service provision.
Collaborate with the service delivery team to improve processes and procedures.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of AMS delivery management, IT MS SLA management, and implementation.
Experience with PMP, Agile methodologies, Six Sigma, and CMMI Level 5.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.), Master's degree in Computer Applications (MCA), or equivalent is required; please avoid BCA, BSC, or B.Com profiles.
Notice period: 0-30 days.
