About the Role

Closing Gap is looking for a dynamic AML Test Lead with proven expertise in Oracle FCCM (Mantas) to spearhead testing in mission-critical Core Banking & Financial Crime Compliance (FCCM) programs. In this role, you’ll not only drive test strategy and execution but also play a key part in safeguarding financial institutions against risks by ensuring systems meet the highest compliance standards. You’ll work directly with business stakeholders, regulators, and technology teams, leading a high-performing onsite/offshore testing team on projects that make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the end-to-end test strategy for FCCM implementations.
• Lead planning, design, execution, and reporting for functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, compliance, and regulatory teams to ensure coverage across AML, KYC, FATCA, CRS, Transaction Monitoring, Customer Screening, and CTR reporting.
• Manage distributed test teams (onsite & offshore), ensuring productivity and alignment.
• Drive defect triage, root cause analysis, and ensure timely closure.
• Provide quality sign-off for FCCM releases and enforce best practices in STLC.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 7–12 years of experience in software testing, with proven Test Lead experience.
• Expertise in Oracle FCCM (Mantas) with strong knowledge of AML, KYC, FATCA, CRS, Screening, and Transaction Monitoring.
• Strong SQL and Oracle DB skills for large data validation and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with defect management tools (JIRA, HP ALM, Bugzilla, etc.).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record in large-scale Compliance / Core Banking transformations.

Desirable

• Banking & Financial Services domain testing experience.
• Knowledge of automation frameworks (Selenium, UFT).
• ISTQB or equivalent certification.
• Exposure to regulatory audits and compliance reporting.
