Amazon Marketplace Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Amazon Marketplace Manager to join our team. This role requires a mix of technical expertise in Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and client-facing communication skills. You will be responsible for managing client accounts end-to-end: catalog setup, advertising campaigns, inventory flow, reporting, and account health.

This position is ideal for someone who can own an Amazon business line like it’s their own store, communicate clearly with clients, and collaborate with our global back-office team to execute.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central accounts for multiple brands.
• Create, optimize, and troubleshoot product listings (titles, A+ content, images, SEO keywords).
• Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display).
• Monitor account health, handle case logs with Amazon support, resolve compliance issues.
• Manage FBA inventory: replenishment, shipments, restock limits, stranded inventory.
• Track key KPIs: CTR, CVR, ACOS, TACOS, Buy Box %, sales velocity.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and communicate insights to clients.
• Collaborate with creative/design teams for brand stores, content, and graphics.
• Stay updated with Amazon trends, policy changes, and competitor strategies.
  

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon PPC, SEO, catalog management, and account health.
• Proficiency with tools like Helium10, JungleScout, Brand Analytics.
• Experience managing FBA inventory and supply chain coordination.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with data-driven decision-making.
