Job Description

results-driven Amazon Growth Hacker


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, optimize, and scale Amazon PPC campaigns to meet ROI and sales goals.
  • Audit and improve product listings (SEO, A+ content, images, keywords) to boost visibility and conversions.
  • Monitor KPIs including CTR, CVR, ACOS, and TACOS, adjusting campaigns for maximum profitability.
  • Conduct keyword research using tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Data Dive.
  • Manage and implement strategies to increase product reviews and brand credibility.
  • Stay updated on Amazon algorithm changes, policy updates, and competitor trends.
  • (Preferred) Manage and optimize listings and ads on Target+, Shopify, and other marketplaces.


Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on Amazon marketplace experience with proven growth results.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, PPC campaigns, and listing SEO.
  • Proficiency with marketplace analytics and keyword research tools.
  • Excellent data analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Bonus: Experience with other platforms (Target+, eBay, Shopify, etc.).
