Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer with 3-5 years of professional experience in an agency setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to design visually stunning and practical graphics for digital platforms. As a graphic designer, you will collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to create compelling visual assets that engage our client's target audiences and achieve their business objectives, including the opportunity to work with international brands.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop visually appealing designs and layouts for various digital mediums, including websites, mobile apps, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.

2. Collaborate with the creative team to understand project objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines.

3. Create and refine design concepts, graphics, and layouts based on project requirements and client feedback.

4. Produce high-quality visual assets, including illustrations, icons, infographics, banners, and other graphical elements.

5. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, user experience, and digital marketing.

6. Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design materials.

7. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless integration of design elements into digital platforms.

8. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with high-quality deliverables.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

2. Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer in a digital agency environment.

3. Proven expertise in designing for digital platforms, including web and mobile.

4. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

5. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and user experience design principles.

6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

7. Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to think critically and problem-solve.

8. A solid portfolio demonstrating various design skills and the ability to translate client requirements into visually compelling designs.

9. Experience with international brands, if any, showcasing the ability to adapt design styles to diverse audiences and cultural contexts.

10. Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
