Job Title: Amazon E-Commerce ManagerJob Summary:As an Amazon E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our brand’s presence on Amazon India and international marketplaces. This role requires expertise in Amazon Seller Central, product listing optimization, advertising campaigns, and inventory management to maximize sales and profitability. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive visibility, conversions, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:Amazon Seller Central Management:Manage and optimize the Amazon Seller Central account.Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, and A+ content.Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines to avoid listing suspensions.Amazon SEO & Content Optimization:Conduct keyword research to improve organic rankings and visibility.Optimize product pages using relevant search terms, enhanced content, and backend keywords.Implement A+ Content and Brand Store strategies to enhance brand visibility and conversion rates.Amazon Advertising (PPC) & Promotions:Plan, execute, and manage Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display).Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and ad performance to achieve ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) targets.Implement Lightning Deals, Coupons, and Promotions to boost product sales.Inventory & Order Management:Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to prevent stockouts or overstocking.Manage FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) shipments, inventory planning, and inbound logistics.Analyze sell-through rates and take proactive measures to optimize inventory turnover.Performance Monitoring & Reporting:Track key performance metrics like Best Seller Rank (BSR), Conversion Rate, CTR, ACOS, TACOS, etc.Analyze sales reports, traffic trends, and competitor performance to identify areas for improvement.Generate and present weekly/monthly reports on sales, ad spend, and profitability.Customer Engagement & Feedback Management:Respond to customer queries, reviews, and feedback on Amazon in a timely manner.Manage returns, refunds, and claims to ensure a positive shopping experience.Implement strategies to increase positive reviews and maintain a high seller rating.Compliance & Policy Adherence:Stay updated on Amazon policies, algorithm updates, and marketplace trends.Ensure all listings comply with Amazon’s guidelines and brand protection policies.Handle case logs and support tickets with Amazon Seller Support for issue resolution. Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.2+ years of experience in Amazon marketplace management or e-commerce.Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and Amazon PPC campaigns.Strong understanding of SEO strategies and keyword optimization for Amazon.Knowledge of FBA, FBM, and Amazon advertising tools.Analytical skills to interpret data and improve performance.Experience with third-party tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, etc.) is a plus.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Job Details:Job Type: Full-time, PermanentSalary: ₹200,000 - ₹500,000 per yearBenefits:✔ Health insurance✔ Paid sick timeSchedule:📅 Monday to Friday🌍 UK ShiftExperience Required:✅ Amazon Marketplace Management: 3 years (Required)✅ Total Work Experience: 3 years (Required)Work Location:📍 In person
