Job Description

Role Overview
We are seeking a data-driven and performance-obsessed Amazon Advertising Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns on Amazon. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth and improving ROI across our Amazon storefronts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Sponsored Ads, DSP, and Amazon’s ad ecosystem, along with a strong analytical and strategic mindset.Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management:
  • Plan, launch, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
  • Create keyword strategies (broad, phrase, exact match) and optimize bids based on performance.
  • Manage RoAS targets with a performance marketing lens.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track daily performance metrics and provide actionable insights on CTR, CVR, CPC, and ACoS.
  • Develop weekly/monthly performance dashboards and detailed reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and market research to improve positioning and targeting.
  • Strategy & Growth:
  • Develop and execute strategies for product launches, seasonal events (Prime Day, BBD), and promotional campaigns.
  • Run experiments and A/B tests to enhance campaign efficiency.
  • Work cross-functionally with brand, creative, and e-commerce ops teams to align ad messaging and funnel conversion.
  • Amazon DSP (Preferred):
  • Manage or coordinate with DSP partners for off-Amazon targeting and retargeting campaigns.
  • Analyze DSP performance and integrate learnings into broader ad strategies.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting:
  • Plan and manage monthly ad budgets effectively.
  • Forecast ad spends and revenue based on historical performance and upcoming product pushes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Ads for D2C or consumer brands.
  • Strong grasp of Amazon’s advertising ecosystem (Seller Central & Amazon Marketing Console).
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with analytics tools (Helium 10, DataHawk, etc.).
  • Ability to work with data, draw insights, and take quick actions to improve performance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
