Job Description

Set and execute operations in the assigned zones and clusters
Initiate new tie-ups with Government, Government-Aided, and Trust-run schools within the allotted clusters
Identify and engage corporates and individual donors to strengthen project sustainability
Plan and facilitate Train-the-Mentor sessions periodically to build a strong and capable mentor base in the assigned zone
Provide daily and regular updates to the Head Office (HO) team on project progress and challenges
Assist the HO team in content development and other project-related coordination
Manage school relationships, especially with teachers and Head Masters (HMs)
Ensure highly accurate data entry and updates in the CRM tool
Language Requirement: Kannada - Read / Write / Speak (R/W/S)" data-highlights="Leadership position handling operations across multiple educational clusters
