Job Description

Partnership Strategy Development:
Collaborate with the executive team to define the companys partnership strategy and objectives.
Identifyand prioritize potential partners based on alignment with company goals, market trends, and customer needs.

Develop and implement strategy and framework to support large transformational pursuit
StrategicConsulting & Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning for appropriate products and solutions

Partnership Identification and Outreach:
Researchand identify potential partners, including SaaS companies, technologyproviders, industry influencers, and complementary service providers.
Initiateand maintain relationships with key decision- makers at potential partnersorganizations.
Develop and execute outreach campaigns to establish initial contact and explore collaboration opportunities.


Partnership Negotiation and Contracting:
Lead partnership negotiations, working closely with legal and finance teams to ensure mutually beneficial terms and agreements.
Create and manage partnership contracts, outlining responsibilities, goals,and expectations for both parties.


Collaborative Initiatives:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, sales, and customer success to define joint initiatives and co-marketingactivities.

Ensure alignment between partner objectives and internal teams todrive successful execution of partnership initiatives.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Developand maintain metrics to track the effectiveness of partnerships, including revenue impact, customeracquisition, and market reach.

Generateregular reports on partnership performance and present findings to the executive team.

Relationship Management:
Foster strong, trust-based relationships with partners, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring ongoing collaboration and communication.

Identify opportunities for expansion and growth within existing partnerships.


Requirements
Bachelorsdegree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
Proven track record of at least 7+ years in strategic partnership management within the SaaS or Enterprise or B2B industry.
Excellent understanding of SaaS business models, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to think strategically and creatively, coupled with strong problem-solving abilities.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving initiatives to successful outcomes.
Proficiency in CRM .
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
