We are looking for a visionary and technically strong AI/ML Engineer to:Design and Develop the AI/ML strategy across GCRG, aligning with regulatory expectations and business goals.Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI/ML solutions for group ComplianceChampion the adoption of responsible AI practices, ensuring transparency, fairness, and explainability in model development and deployment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, data engineers and business stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes.Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI/ML and regulatory technology, and translate them into actionable innovation roadmaps.

You will be part of a high-impact, cross-disciplinary team within Compliance Technology. Our mission is to build intelligent systems that enhance surveillance, risk detection, and regulatory compliance. We work closely with global stakeholders and leverage cutting-edge AI/ML techniques to solve complex problems in financial markets.

Your expertise

6-12 years of experience in technology roles with a strong focus on AI/ML strategy and implementation.proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions in financial services, preferably in compliance, surveillance, or risk domains.strong coding skills in Python is a must.good to have a hands-on design and development experience (azure, databricks, spark)have Agile, Test Driven Development and DevOps practices part of your DNAdeep understanding of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn), MLOps practices, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).strong foundation in data science, statistics, and algorithmic modeling.hands-on experience with prompt engineering, model context protocol (MCP), and Vibe coding for AI model optimization and orchestration.familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in banking and capital markets is good to haveexcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.as collaborative mindset and a passion for mentoring and growing high-performing teams.
