Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales approaches.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales and relationship management, preferably in a similar industry or role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques, including lead generation and conversion.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
