You'll go deep into the learning problem space, codify your thinking into structured "Brain Lifts" that make both humans and AI smarter, and drive tight, weekly product iterations until the result is undeniable. What You Will Be Doing

• Build Brain Lifts: Create structured, evolving frameworks of expert insights that sharpen AI tools, guide decisions, and demonstrate domain mastery.
• Drive Product Iterations: Ship data-driven product enhancements weekly that measurably advance student outcomes and learning effectiveness.
• Develop Domain Expertise: Master the learning science and educational landscape to empower the team with authoritative knowledge for high-quality decisions and tailored solutions.
  

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Managing traditional product roadmaps or dictating what to build without clear outcome metrics
• Executing lengthy development cycles; our success depends on weekly feature shipping and rapid iteration
• Creating exhaustive documentation, managing backlogs, or defining every UI element and edge case
• Engineering technical solutions or determining software architecture
  

AI Product Lead Key Responsibilities

Transform how students learn by delivering measurable improvements to educational outcomes through rapid, data-driven product iterations that combine learning science with AI-powered personalization.

Basic Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of product leadership experience with direct responsibility for product vision and core problem-solution hypotheses
• Proven track record launching at least one successful product (not just features) from inception to user adoption
• Demonstrated enthusiasm and proficiency using AI tools in your daily work (research, analysis, synthesis, strategy)

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
