What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and maintain "BrainLifts"structured knowledge frameworks that codify your deep learning domain expertise to align teams, enhance AI capabilities, and drive evidence-based decisions
- Execute tight OODA Loops (Observe-Orient-Decide-Act) with weekly product iterations focused on solving the Most Important Problem with measurable student impact
- Collaborate directly with founders and a cross-functional team of engineers, educators, and AI specialists to rapidly prototype, test, and refine learning solutions
- Transform qualitative insights and quantitative data into clear product hypotheses that can be tested and validated within days, not months
- Build deep expertise in learning science and AI capabilities, becoming the bridge between educational theory and technological implementation
What You Wont Be Doing
- Managing traditional product roadmaps or getting lost in feature specifications without clear outcome targets
- Taking a solution-first approach that bypasses the critical work of becoming a domain expert and deeply understanding student needs
- Engaging in extended development cycles; our rhythm is weekly shipping, not monthly planning
- Building technical solutions yourself or dictating software architecture decisions
- Creating products in isolation from real student outcomes or without direct validation from measurable learning improvements
AI Product Lead Key Responsibilities

Basic Requirements
- Minimum 4 years in product leadership with direct ownership of product vision and core problem-solution hypotheses
- Proven track record launching at least one successful product from inception to market, reaching real users and generating minimum $1M revenue
- Demonstrated professional experience leveraging AI tools for enhanced productivity in research, analysis, synthesis, and strategy development
- Exceptional ability to translate complex educational challenges into structured frameworks that drive product decisions
- Strong data orientation with experience defining and tracking objective success metrics

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
