AI Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of algorithm engineers to ensure strong execution, innovation, and career growth.
• Architect and maintain scalable infrastructure for deploying and executing ML/DL algorithms.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to build robust and scalable AI-driven solutions.
• Continuously optimize algorithm performance and infrastructure efficiency.
• Stay updated with advancements in AI, deep learning, computer vision, and algorithm infrastructure.
• Drive best practices across development processes, tools, and methodologies.
  

Mandatory Qualifications

• Educational Background:
• PhD with 6+ years of industry experience OR
• M.Tech/M.S. with 8+ years of experience OR
• B.Tech/B.E. with 10+ years of experience
• Managerial Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a formal managerial role (team leadership alone is not sufficient)
• Technical Expertise:
• 8+ years in Python, C++, or CUDA
• 8+ years in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Artificial Intelligence
• 2–3 years of experience in Image Processing and Computer Vision
• Familiarity with high-performance computing, parallel programming, and distributed systems
• Company Fit:
• Must have experience working in engineering/product-based companies
• Demonstrated career stability (minimum 2 years tenure at past organizations)
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Background from Tier 1 institutions (IIT, NIT, IIIT, VIT, or equivalent)
• Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or hardware manufacturing domains
• CGPA of 8 or higher (for academic excellence)
• Hands-on with ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
• Exposure to GPU development, Docker, or Apptainer environments
