AI GTM Strategy and Founding Growth Intern - Fulltime

Location: Hyderabad, India (Full-time, 5 days/week in-office at our vibrant Hyderabad office – no remote)

Who You Are

• Final-year undergraduate or recent graduate (within 6 months of graduation) from a top Indian or global institution (e.g., IITs, IIMs, BITS Pilani , we value diverse pedigrees)
• Genuine fire for building tech companies: You've devoured books like "Zero to One" or "Traction," follow AI thought leaders on LinkedIn, or have tinkered with side projects in sales/marketing (e.g., campus campaigns, freelance GTM plans)
• Sales/marketing experience a plus: Whether it's closing deals for a student org, running social media growth hacks, or interning at a startup – you thrive on strategy and execution
• Hyderabad-based or willing to relocate for full in-office immersion (5 days/week) – we're all about that collaborative energy
• Early-stage hustler: You get thrilled by ambiguity, cold outreach, and turning ideas into revenue, not just spreadsheets

What You’ll Do (hands-on ownership, not coffee runs)

• Co-own go-to-market (GTM) strategies: Help craft pitches for AI consulting services, targeting sectors like healthcare and beyond
• Drive sales experiments: Run LinkedIn outreach campaigns, book discovery calls with prospects, and close your first few leads (previous interns have landed ₹5–10L in pipeline)
• Build marketing foundations: Create content for our website/socials (blogs on AI transformation, case studies), optimize SEO for pcongrp.com, and launch targeted ads to attract enterprise clients
• Conduct market research: Teardown competitors in AI consulting, build ICPs (ideal customer profiles), and run customer interviews to refine our messaging
• Support sales ops: Set up CRM workflows, track pipelines, and collaborate on pricing/models for our security and AI solutions
• Contribute to founding vibes: Brainstorm productized offerings (e.g., AI audit toolkits) and help shape our narrative for investor decks
