Role Overview: As an AI-Driven Sales & Marketing Engineer at Tech27 Systems Ltd., you will play a key role in leveraging AI tools alongside human initiative to enhance B2B outreach, lead generation, and sales conversion within the industrial tech sector. Your primary focus will be on utilizing AI Agents for prospect research, creating personalized email drafts, managing outreach pipelines, engaging leads, and contributing to deal closures. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize AI Agents for prospect research and creating personalized email drafts - Manage structured outreach pipelines efficiently - Engage with leads generated by AI tools through calls and follow-ups - Present and elucidate product offerings to potential clients - Handle demos, quotes, and contribute to deal closures - Conduct in-depth research and facilitate nuanced communication where automation falls short - Monitor performance metrics such as open and reply rates - Refine campaigns based on performance analysis - Keep outreach records updated in CRMs like Zoho, HubSpot, or Airtable - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance pitch quality and materials Qualifications Required: - B.Tech degree in ECE/EEE/CS/Mechanical or an MBA in Marketing/Operations - Proficiency in written and verbal communication - Confidence in making outbound calls and organizing demos - Adeptness in AI tools such as ChatGPT Pro/Agent, Google Sheets, Notion, and various CRM platforms - Curiosity, self-motivation, and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision - Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills Note: This position is based in Kozhikode, India (preferred) or offers a remote working option.,
