Role Overview

AI & Business Automation Manager

go-getter role

Responsibilities

Work with departments (sales, civil, finance, marketing) to identify problems and
design practical solutions
.
Lead a small
automation support team
to execute and maintain workflows.
Build and optimize integrations across
Zoho, Pabbly, WATI, Zapier, n8n
, etc.
Research and implement
AI tools
(ChatGPT, Twilio AI, LangChain, etc.).
Create
AI agents
for prequalification, data entry, customer engagement, or budgeting assistance.
Develop
dashboards and databases
for central business intelligence.
Quickly
test and run optimizations
to improve performance.
Train teams on new workflows, monitor adoption, and improve continuously.

Requirements

Minimum
1 year of hands-on experience
in workflow automation or business process design.
Strong with
no-code/low-code platforms
(Zoho, Pabbly, Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion, etc).
Good understanding of
APIs and integrations
.
Exposure to
AI tools and conversational agents
.
Solution-first mindset:
resourceful, fast, and execution-focused
.
Leadership skills to manage a team and cross-functional projects.
Strong communication skills to work with
non-technical departments
.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of
basic coding or scripting
(Python, Google Apps Script).
Experience in
operations-heavy businesses
like real estate, logistics, or finance.
Familiarity with
data dashboards and analytics
