🔧 What They’ll Do

• Automation & Tools

  : Build flows in 

  Zoho Bigin + WATI (WhatsApp API) + Pabbly + n8n

   so every lead is captured, tagged, and followed up.

• Customer Journeys

  : Design, test, and implement smart sequences, e.g.:
• 
  
• Day 1 (after enquiry): auto WhatsApp intro + brochure + assign sales exec.
• Day 2 (after site visit): personalized thank-you with flat video.
• Day 7 (no decision): EMI breakdown based on budget.
• Day 14 (still cold): testimonial video from existing buyer + call from sales head.

• Leak Detection

  : Track where leads are getting stuck (e.g., lots of calls but no visits) and fix with new automations or nudges.

• Team Accountability

  : Alerts when sales execs don’t update Zoho or miss follow-ups; weekly leaderboard of performance.

• Data & Reporting

  : Publish dashboards showing lead flow → visits → bookings. Present results of experiments each week.

👤 The Right Fit

• 1–4 years in 

  CRM, Growth, or Marketing Ops

   (real estate, edtech, SaaS, BFSI, or D2C).
• Hands-on with 

  Zoho / HubSpot / Salesforce / WATI / Pabbly / n8n

   (at least some).
• Creative + technical: can think of customer journey ideas and build them inside tools.
• Analytical mindset — you don’t stop at “campaign sent,” you check “did bookings improve?”
• Personality: proactive, detail-obsessed, comfortable pushing sales teams to stay disciplined.
