What you’ll do


  • Call new enquiries within 

    15 minutes

    ; qualify budget, timeline, area, and loan need.
  • Re-engage 

    past leads

    ; progress them to visit/booking.
  • Reply to social messages

     (WhatsApp/FB/IG) with clear, polite responses.
  • Audit post-visit feedback

    : capture concerns/NPS and close the loop with Sales Associates.
  • Offer two site-visit slots, confirm, and send the WhatsApp confirmation template.
  • Record every interaction and next step immediately in 

    Zoho Bigin

Must-haves


  • Clear speaking voice

    , steady pace, polite/confident tone.
  • Fluent Bengali/Hindi

    ; working English; clean WhatsApp writing.
  • Disciplined documentation; comfortable with daily call targets.
  • Basic Excel/Google Sheets; headset + stable connection.
  • Comfortable with 

    6-day week; Thursday off

  • Telecalling experience (real estate/education/financial services).
  • Exposure to 

    CRM

Compensation
