Focusing on Expertise:

We are seeking a highly motivated AI Business Analyst with 2–4 years of experience who can bridge business needs with Generative AI and intelligent automation solutions. The ideal candidate will be skilled in prompt engineering, AI workflow design, and leveraging AI tools to enhance business processes. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to ensure the effective adoption of AI in business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for AI-powered automation, predictive insights, and efficiency.
• Design and optimize prompts, workflows, and AI-powered flows for Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document AI-driven use cases, functional specifications, and process automation flows.
• Work with developers and product teams to enable AI tool integrations (APIs, automation platforms, AI services).
• Define user stories, AI acceptance criteria, and BRDs tailored for AI-enabled solutions.
• Facilitate AI workshops, demos, and stakeholder sessions to drive awareness and adoption.
• Monitor, test, and refine AI workflows and models for improved accuracy, scalability, and performance.
• Ensure AI implementation aligns with ethical AI practices, compliance standards, and business objectives.

• Expertise in Generative AI tools, prompt design, and automation flows
• Ability to translate business needs into AI-enabled workflows and solutions
• Proficiency in requirement documentation for AI/automation initiatives
• Attention to detail with a focus on innovation, scalability, and AI adoption

Technical Proficiency:

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Bard, Copilot, etc.)
• Practical knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), and workflow automation tools (Power Automate, Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)
• Familiarity with APIs, AI integrations, and orchestration frameworks
• Understanding of Agile methodologies applied to AI solution delivery (AI user stories, workflows, testing)
• Awareness of data governance, compliance, and responsible AI adoption

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2–4 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in AI/automation-focused roles
• Strong understanding of business processes, digital systems, and AI tools

Desirable Credentials:

• Certification in AI/ML, Business Analysis, or Automation Tools
• Experience in deploying Generative AI or AI-powered business solutions
• Exposure to enterprise-scale process automation and AI-driven digital transformation
