Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and self-driven Power Apps Developer with strong hands-on experience in Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot in Power Platform. This is a key role in our product and solutions team, responsible for designing, developing, and deploying business-critical apps and intelligent automations. Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable business apps using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
• Automate complex workflows and business processes using Power Automate, including approvals, triggers, and cross-system integrations.
• Build dynamic dashboards and insightful reports using Power BI, with an emphasis on user-centric design and performance.
• Leverage Microsoft Copilot and AI Builder within the Power Platform to build smart, conversational, and predictive capabilities into apps.
• Integrate apps with Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and other Microsoft 365 services.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional and technical deliverables.
• Ensure best practices in app design, data governance, security, and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management).

What You Bring

• 2–4 years of strong experience working with the Microsoft Power Platform, specifically:
• Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
• Power Automate (Cloud Flows, Custom Connectors)
• Power BI (Dashboards, Data Modeling, DAX)
• Copilot in Power Platform and AI Builder
• Proficiency in connecting Power Platform components with third-party systems and services.
• Sound understanding of Dataverse, Power Fx, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first setup.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Microsoft certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400) are a strong plus.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with Power Virtual Agents, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or scripting (JavaScript, C#).
• Familiarity with DevOps and ALM for Power Platform.
• Experience with UI/UX principles for app design and front-end optimization.
