Role Description

What You'll Do:

• Build end-to-end automation workflows using

  Make.com, n8n

  , and

  AI APIs

• Integrate third-party tools, CRMs, WhatsApp platforms (like Interakt), and marketing dashboards
• Automate internal operations:

  KPI trackers, lead flows, campaign monitoring systems

  , and performance dashboards
• Collaborate with the performance & creative team to automate routine tasks like campaign reporting, client updates, and lead follow-ups
• Build internal bots using tools like

  Replit, Lovable AI

  , and other open-source/paid AI stacks
• Troubleshoot, test, and optimize automations for speed, scale, and reliability
• Research and suggest new AI tools and automation platforms we can integrate across departments

✅ Must-Have Skills:

• Deep hands-on experience in

  Make.com or n8n

  (you've built complex, multi-step flows)
• Solid understanding of APIs, Webhooks, and JSON
• Familiarity with tools like

  Replit, Lovable AI, OpenAI, Zapier, Interakt, Notion, Slack, Trello, Google Sheets, etc.

• Strong logical thinking, debugging, and system-building mindset
• Ability to work independently and ship fast

🔥 Bonus Points If You

• Built bots, agents, or automation tools from scratch using low-code platforms
• Have experience in marketing automation, campaign management, or tracking user KPIs
• Used AI agents like ChatGPT API, Claude, or HuggingFace models in automations
• Love building and optimizing internal tools for scale
