· Lead business expansion in LATAM countries such as Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Ecuador, Brazil, Bolivia, Paraguay, Uruguay, Dominican Republic, Central American countries, etc.
· Identify new distribution partners, drive market-entry strategies, and strengthen commercial networks.
· Oversee dossier submissions, product registrations, renewals, GMP document coordination, and interactions with LATAM regulatory authorities.
· Participate in private & government tenders—preparing bids, pricing proposals, and commercial submissions.
· Deliver annual revenue targets, margin goals, and country-wise business plans.
· Coordinate with QA/QC, RA, Packaging Development, SCM, Production, and Exports team for timely execution of orders.
· Travel to LATAM markets for business development, distributor meetings, regulatory follow-ups, and industry events.
· B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc.; MBA in International Business preferred.
· Strong knowledge of LATAM MOH regulations, dossier registration processes, and tender frameworks.
· Spanish/Portuguese language fluency
· LATAM pharmaceutical market knowledge
· Distributor appointment & management
· Tender and institutional business handling
· Dossier/regulatory coordination
· Strong negotiation, pricing & commercial acumen
· Analytical, forecasting & planning capability
· Excellent communication & leadership skills
