AGM-DPP Saving Scheme

To lead and scale the DPP (Deposit Protection Plan / Gold Saving Scheme) vertical across multiple regions, driving customer acquisition, scheme penetration, audit compliance, and team performance while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Scheme Strategy & Growth
• Design and implement regional strategies to grow Monthly Gold Saving Plans and related financial products
• Achieve aggressive growth targets (e.g., 25%+ YoY) through data-driven campaigns and customer segmentation
• Launch new schemes and optimize existing ones based on market insights and customer feedback
• Sales & Customer Engagement
• Drive frontline sales performance across showrooms and regional offices
• Lead customer engagement initiatives to boost loyalty and repeat participation
• Resolve escalations and ensure high satisfaction scores through personalized service
• Audit & Compliance
• Conduct regular internal audits to ensure scheme adherence and reduce discrepancies
• Implement tracking formats and MIS reporting to enhance transparency and accountability
• Ensure compliance with gold scheme processes and regulatory norms
• Training & Team Leadership
• Organize training programs for showroom staff and new hires on scheme features, objection handling, and CRM
• Mentor regional teams to improve performance and scheme conversions
• Facilitate performance reviews and set measurable goals for team members
• Campaign Planning & Execution
• Lead planning and execution of high-impact campaigns (e.g., Akshaya Tritiya, Dhanteras)
• Coordinate with marketing and operations for seamless rollout and branding
• Monitor campaign ROI and customer response metrics

Mandatory Key Requirements

Education MBA (Marketing/Finance preferred); Bachelor's in Marketing

Experience 10+ years in jewelry retail, financial schemes, or customer-facing sales roles

Achievements Proven track record of 25%+ growth in gold saving schemes; multiple sales awards

Tech Skills CRM tools, MIS reporting, basic digital marketing knowledge

Leadership Regional team management, training facilitation, campaign ownership

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,900,000.00 per year
