Preferred candidate profile Candidates with any of the below certifications will be preferred: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) offered by the Scrum Alliance Professional Scrum Master (PSM) offered by Scrum.org A strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies is essential for a Scrum Master. Candidates should have practical experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with Scrum roles, events, and artifacts. A bachelor's degree in fields such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields. Candidates having relevant work experience will be preferred. Candidates should have previous experience in roles such as project management, program management or team leadership. Experience working in Agile teams or as a Scrum Master in previous projects is highly desirable.
