Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Facilitate and manage all Scrum ceremonies (e.g., Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) for agile teams.
Drive the successful delivery of team deliverables, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and processes.
Report key metrics and progress to stakeholders, providing transparency on team performance and project status.
Serve as a servant leader, coaching the team in self-organization and cross-functionality.
Identify and remove impediments to the team's progress.
Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

Required Skills:

Strong experience as a Scrum Master.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to conduct Scrum ceremonies effectively.

Good to Have:

SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) certification.
Knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) configuration and administration.
Domain understanding in Hi-Tech, Manufacturing, Sales, or Service sectors.
