Overall 10+yr experience with 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in Agile environments, Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills, Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Ability to balance technical constraints with user needs and business goals, Define and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing features based on value, effort, and strategic alignment, Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, engineering, QA, and business stakeholders, Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria, Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups with the development team, Own the product roadmap and communicate progress to stakeholders, Make data-driven decisions using customer feedback, analytics, and market research, Ensure timely delivery of product increments with high quality and usability, Act as the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle
