Product Owner

Your mission: design, shape, and scale the digital layer of Flexi Roundtables — from engagement tools and event insights to member journeys and partner dashboards.

This isn’t a typical SaaS product role. It’s about building network effects — one leader, one connection, one insight at a time.

Key Responsibilities

• Vision & Strategy:

   Translate the Flexi Roundtables experience into a digital-first ecosystem for leaders, partners, and sponsors.

• Roadmap Ownership:

   Define product roadmap, prioritize features, and balance user delight with business outcomes.

• Community Intelligence:

   Collaborate with data, marketing, and content teams to build personalized leader profiles, recommendations, and insights.

• Execution:

   Work with design and engineering teams to deliver intuitive, scalable experiences.

• Feedback Loop:

   Engage directly with leaders and partners to gather feedback and refine product features.

• Impact Measurement:

   Define success metrics (engagement, retention, NPS, network depth) and track adoption across cohorts.

Requirements

• 4–7 years in product management, preferably in community, SaaS, or platform-based businesses.
• Deep understanding of user journeys, network effects, and engagement design.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams (design, tech, content, marketing).
• Analytical mindset with comfort in using data to guide decisions.
• Passion for communities, leadership, and digital ecosystems.
