Product Owner

You have the following job description: Role Overview: - Strong project management skills, including the ability to multitask and manage several deliverables concurrently. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, disparate team environment. - Willingness to dive into a problem space and to go outside your comfort zone to learn and push the team to do the same. - Past exposure to financial SW development projects and vendor products/commercial packages. - Ability to document/communicate complex topics via various channels such as Jira, PowerPoint, Word, Miro, etc. - Ability to manage multiple projects and resource allocations within expected timelines to meet deliverables. - Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate complex messages and trade-offs and tell a compelling story. - Deep understanding of secure product lifecycles. - Expertise in Scrum/Agile as it relates to Product Owner activities. - Experience working with technical & finance business teams and sufficient tech depth to engage in problem-solving with delivery teams and understanding of finance acumen (knowledge of treasury/capital/equity a plus). - Fluent about key cloud technologies and the terminology around them; eager to learn more about how/when cloud delivery can amplify impact. - Ability to manage, process, and apply information quickly and accurately to generate insights and next steps. - Proven organizational skills, excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving, analytical/critical thinking skills.
