Experience Level: Senior Consultant (5+ years) / Manager (8+ years)

Core Responsibility

Own and drive the product backlog and roadmap for one or more products within, ensuring alignment with business goals and maximizing value delivery across ecosystem

Facilitation & Storytelling: Leading workshops and telling compelling stories about your products value.

Analytical Thinking: Breaking down problems, analyzing data, and benchmarking against competitors.

Technical Acumen: Understanding how technology can solve business problems, even if you’re not coding yourself.

Curiosity & Learning: Staying curious about new tech(including the latest on GenAI/Agentic AI) and business models and adapting quickly.

Stakeholder Management: Building trust and relationships across diverse groups.

Organizational Skills: Juggling multiple tasks and priorities without losing focus.

Ambiguity Tolerance: Comfortably navigating situations where not everything is defined and driving toward clarity.

Experience leading enterprise-scale digital transformation or SaaS platform initiatives managing distributed agile teams.

Familiarity with cloud-based products, platform modernization, and data-driven decision-making.

Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, SAFe POPM, or equivalent are preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.

Senior Consultant: 5–8 years of experience managing digital products or programs in an Agile environment.

Manager: 8–12 years of experience leading product teams, defining strategy, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
