We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile coaching and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). In this dual-role, you will lead multiple Agile teams, mentor junior Scrum Masters, and help drive Agile maturity across the organization. You’ll partner with delivery teams, stakeholders, and leadership to embed Lean-Agile principles, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and support organizational transformation, Essential Responsibilities. Scrum Master Duties:.
