Scrum Master

You are seeking a certified and experienced Scrum Master to join your agile team. You will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and supporting the team in following agile practices. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of Agile frameworks, and a passion for continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities**: - Act as a servant-leader and coach for Scrum Teams. - Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. - Guide the team on Agile/Scrum best practices and principles. - Identify and eliminate obstacles that may hinder the team's progress. - Support Product Owner in maintaining the product backlog and ensuring user stories are well-defined. - Ensure the team is fully functional, productive, and focused on sprint goals. - Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to align practices across teams. - Monitor team performance metrics and support continuous improvement. - Encourage self-organization and accountability within the team. - Foster a culture of trust, transparency, and collaboration. **Required Skills & Qualifications**: - Advanced proficiency in Jira Software, including: Custom Dashboards and Advanced Filters (JQL). - Jira Automation (scheduled rules, smart values, branch logic) Epics, Stories, Sub-tasks, Bugs, Risks, Initiatives Sprint Reports, Burnup/Burndown, Cumulative Flow Diagrams. - Expertise in Confluence: Templates, Macros, Integrations. - Maintain project documentation and knowledge repositories on Confluence. - Experience working in multi-timezone teams, including client/vendor coordination. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. - Certified Scrum Master or equivalent certification. - 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment. - Excellent understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc). - Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills. - Experience in scaling Agile practices across multiple teams. - Technical background or understanding of software development processes.,
