Position Overview

The Scrum Master will oversee agile ceremonies, manage development boards, create clear user stories, coordinate requirement gathering, support implementation cycles, and lead UAT and acceptance activities. This role requires strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills to align cross-functional teams toward successful product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Agile & Scrum Leadership

Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Remove impediments and ensure smooth sprint execution for development teams.

Coach team members on Agile values, principles, and best practices.

Implementation Management

Oversee end-to-end implementation cycles for assigned projects.

Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and developers to clarify requirements and priorities.

Track progress, dependencies, and deliverables across teams.

Backlog & Board Management

Manage development boards (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar).

Create well-defined user stories, tasks, and acceptance criteria based on requirements.

Organize and prioritize the product backlog to support roadmap needs.

UAT & Acceptance Coordination

Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with internal and external stakeholders.

Prepare UAT plans, schedules, scripts, and reporting.

Ensure timely closure of UAT issues and sign-offs.

Collaboration & Communication

Act as a bridge between Product, Development, QA, and Client teams.

Provide regular updates on sprint progress, risks, and timelines to leadership.

Required Skillset & Qualifications

25 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Coordinator.

Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools (Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, etc.).

Proven experience in managing implementations and coordinating UAT cycles.

Ability to create precise user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint documentation.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Certification such as CSM/PSM (preferred but not mandatory).

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
