Job Description

Scrum Master:

Role Overview:

Technical Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities

Agile Leadership:

Serve as Scrum Master for one or more technical teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, Retrospective).

Technical Collaboration:

Work closely with developers, architects, and QA teams to remove technical impediments.
Understand system architecture, APIs, and integration points to support team discussions.

Delivery Management:

Track and report team progress using Agile metrics (Velocity, Burndown charts).
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software increments.

Stakeholder Communication:

Act as a liaison between Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
Manage expectations and provide transparency on progress and risks.

Continuous Improvement:

Coach teams on Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Identify process gaps and implement solutions for efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

Minimum 8 years in IT with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master in technical projects.
Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.

Technical Knowledge:

Familiarity with programming concepts (Java, .NET, or similar), APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
Ability to discuss technical issues with development teams.

Agile Expertise:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
or similar enterprise Agile models.
Exposure to
microservices architecture
and
cloud-native applications

Knowledge of
Agile metrics and reporting dashboards
