What you will do In this vital role you will work with product and platform teams across the organization to facilitate and improve processes, coach on Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to improve delivery of value, and functions as a Scrum Master. This role interacts with the organizations Product Teams, Portfolio Management and Communities of Practice to continuously improve standards, processes, and automation enablers that accelerate staff and team SAFe maturity and overall business agility. This role requires deep understanding of Agile principles and frameworks like SAFe, Scrum practices, along with excellent leadership and communication skills. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and adoption of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) across the organization. Assess current states of Agile maturity, identify areas for improvement, and guide the organization in aligning with SAFe principles and practices. Act as a change agent, promoting the benefits of SAFe and driving organizational transformation. Collaborate with teams, leaders, and stakeholders to create a shared understanding of SAFe and its value and help overcome resistance to change. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication. Facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams to achieve common goals. Communicate progress, challenges, and successes to stakeholders at all levels. Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and track KPIs related to SAFe implementation. Support the Scaled Agile transformation efforts within the organization, including the adoption of SAFe principles, practices, and approach. Assess the current state of Agile maturity and develop a roadmap for improvement. Provide guidance and support to teams and leaders in transitioning to Agile methodologies. Conduct regular assessments of current processes and identify areas for improvement. Implement best practices and tools to streamline workflows and enhance productivity. Leverage agile tools such as Jira / Jira Align, Smartsheets and Confluence Basic Qualifications: Masters degree with 1- 3years of experience in SAFe implementations and delivery OR Bachelors degree with 3- 5years of experience in SAFe implementations and delivery OR Preferred Qualifications: Must-Have Skills: Strong knowledge of SAFe methodologies and practices Prior experience with Agile project management tools, such as Jira Software, Confluence, and Jira Align Hands on experience in guiding teams and Agile Release Trains through SAFe events and ensuring adherence to SAFe practices and behaviors Must demonstrate pro activeness in understanding the product teams backlog, dependencies, risks and influence the team to progress through sprints, product increments and releases. Location : Hyderabad only (no remote) ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Administer, configure, and support Jira Software, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Confluence across multiple teams and departments. Takes ownership and responsibility for tasks that are assigned. Develop custom workflows, fields, screens, permissions, and schemes in Jira. Implement and maintain Jira Service Management features like SLAs, request types, queues, automation rules, and knowledge base integrations. Maintain and optimize Confluence spaces, templates, macros, and permissions. Evaluate and manage Atlassian Marketplace apps and integrations (e.g., ScriptRunner, Automation for Jira, Insight/Assets, etc.). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable Atlassian solutions. Ensure data integrity, backup strategies, and access security across the Atlassian stack. Follows standards, process and procedures. TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities) Experience with user provisioning via identity providers (Okta, Azure AD, etc.). Exposure to Atlassian Access, Crowd, or SAML-based SSO. Experience with ITSM processes, CMDBs, and asset management tools. Knowledge of scripting tools like Groovy (ScriptRunner) or Python is a plus. Acknowledge ownership and responsibility for tasks that are assigned. Able to maintain discipline while working in the production landscape. Consistently demonstrate professional and superior customer service and interpersonal skills. Maintains and enhances knowledge of our business and industry. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required Minimum 3 years work experience in a corporate environment of 200 or more users Atlassian Certified (ACP-100, ACP-400, or similar). Strong hands-on experience with Jira Software , Jira Service Management , and Confluence . Proficient in Jira workflow customization, automation, and permission management. Familiarity with JQL (Jira Query Language), automation rules, and reporting. Experience supporting Agile/Scrum or ITIL-based environments. Understanding of REST APIs and Atlassian integrations.
