What You Will Do
As a Change Management Lead, you will play a critical role in driving Change within Supply Chain Operations by shaping and executing robust strategies that lead to successful adoption of new systems & processes. You will be required to develop and execute change management strategies to support business objectives and drive organizational growth:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & execute Change Management Strategies to drive operational efficiency. Hands-on with execution of each component of Change Management including business readiness and communications.
- Define communications strategy and develop necessary communications assets in alignment with regional and functional teams to ensure all impacted teams understand the reasons for change and how it will affect them.
- Conduct Stakeholder analysis for impacted Stakeholder groups to ensure solid engagement to improve overall business outcomes.
- Conduct Change Impact Assessment (Current vs Future State) between the current and future system.
- Develop training roadmap & gain alignment with Stakeholders on execution of all training related tasks. Ensure smooth execution of training by developing training material (presentations, manuals, training guides, hands-on training exercises) along with SMEs.
- Provide coaching and support to employees at all levels to navigate through organizational changes.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability within the Operations function
- Track and provide timely status updates on all foreseeable challenges to the leaders.
- Identify risks and develop plans to mitigate them.
Required Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
- Must have 6 -10 years of business experience driving or leading, Change Management, and Communications for transformational programs. Specialization in Change in Supply Chain is strongly preferred.
- Change Management certification is preferred. (e.g., Prosci or CCMP Certified Change Management Practitioner).
- Capable of driving Change effectively in collaboration with internal teams leveraging stakeholder management experience, superior influencing and interpersonal skills.
- Experienced in defining and delivering all components of Organizational Change Management end-to-end.
- Expert in leveraging latest communication vehicles and channels to cascade relevant messages to internal and external Stakeholders.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including an ability to work with individuals from various geographies, business departments, and levels of the organization.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in driving Change in Supply Chain is strongly preferred.
- Good understanding of project and program management tools and techniques, including agile principles.
