Job Description

The team at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management (MSWM) Technology is seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to join their dynamic and technologically advanced team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in leading the team towards successful project delivery. Your responsibilities will include: - Bringing knowledge of Agile principles and ceremonies to the team - Collaborating across complex organizations and removing impediments - Ensuring team progress towards missions and deliverables - Leading enterprise-wide programs and projects - Balancing and bridging technology and business needs - Managing core functions including business requirements elaboration and meeting critical milestones - Providing sound business analysis and process leadership within an Agile PDLC framework - Developing and revising processes to guide participant teams - Offering thought leadership and recommendations based on best practices - Building program and project status reporting aligned with enterprise portfolios - Providing transparency to Senior Management on issues and risks - Conducting project or program audits to ensure standards are met - Maintaining and growing a body of knowledge accessible to all team members - Communicating effectively with management to optimize business operations - Managing multiple projects simultaneously and resolving conflicts to meet deadlines - Utilizing program management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, and others - Conducting relevant meetings with key stakeholders - Having experience in Financial Services technology projects - Possessing knowledge of Wealth Management and Banking technology - Familiarity with Agile-Scrum methodology and Kanban At Morgan Stanley, you can expect a commitment to excellence, diversity, and inclusion.
