Job Description

As an Agency Sales Manager, your role involves managing and growing relationships with major media agencies. You will be responsible for pitching brand solutions, digital media products, and integrated advertising offerings to agency partners. Your main goal will be to drive revenue by identifying client needs and recommending relevant solutions. In order to achieve monthly and quarterly targets, you will need to build and execute account strategies. Collaboration with internal teams such as strategy, operations, and campaign management is essential for proposal development and campaign execution. It is important to track market trends and maintain a strong awareness of agency structures and key decision makers. Ensuring consistent pipeline development and timely closure of deals is crucial. You will also represent the company at industry meetings, events, and agency reviews. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and grow relationships with major media agencies. - Pitch brand solutions, digital media products, and integrated advertising offerings to agency partners. - Drive revenue by identifying client needs and recommending relevant solutions. - Build and execute account strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. - Collaborate with internal teams for proposal development and campaign execution. - Track market trends and maintain strong awareness of agency structures and key decision makers. - Ensure consistent pipeline development and timely closure of deals. - Represent the company at industry meetings, events, and agency reviews. Qualifications Required: - 3-7 years of experience in agency sales, digital advertising, or brand solutions. - Strong network and working relationships with major media and digital agencies. - Proven track record of selling digital media solutions, video ads, performance campaigns, or tech-led ad solutions. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver under deadlines. - Understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, programmatic landscape, and brand marketing fundamentals. In addition to the above qualifications, the ideal candidate profile includes: - Previous experience in selling digital brand solutions to top agencies. - Experience in pitching high-impact advertising solutions and closing enterprise deals. - Strategic thinker with strong client management and revenue ownership. - Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.,
