As an experienced and dynamic Agency Manager, your role will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations of the agency, leading a team of sales professionals, and developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. Your ability to analyze market trends, provide excellent customer service, and negotiate effectively will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day operations of the agency - Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals - Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets - Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities - Provide excellent customer service and resolve escalated issues - Conduct benefits administration and educate clients on insurance products - Negotiate contracts with clients and vendors - Perform sales administration tasks to support the team Qualifications: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance sales - Strong ability to negotiate effectively - Excellent customer service skills - Proficiency in analyzing market trends - Bilingual proficiency is a plus - Experience in outside sales is desirable In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the job is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and paid time off. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, and the work location is in person at Dulles, VA 20189. You are required to have the ability to commute to this location, and if not already located in Dulles, VA 20189, you will need to relocate before starting work.
