About The Role

We’re looking for an

Agency Marketing Lead

to own and drive all things marketing for a leading creative and entertainment group. This is a key strategic role that sits at the intersection of

brand

building, communications, thought leadership, and demand generation

for its creative and content-driven businesses.You’ll be the

brand custodian

— leading PR, social, and content marketing efforts to drive awareness, generate leads, and position the company as one of the most exciting voices in India’s culture, media, and entertainment landscape.

What You’ll Do

Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute the annual marketing roadmap across multiple creative verticals.
  • Align marketing priorities with business goals in close partnership with leadership and business heads.
  • Ensure consistency in brand tone, visual identity, and messaging across all touchpoints.

Brand, PR & Communications

  • Lead brand positioning across press, digital, and industry platforms.
  • Manage PR agencies and relationships with journalists and creative publications.
  • Identify speaking opportunities, award submissions, and panel representation for leadership.

Content & Social Media

  • Build a social-first content strategy across the group’s digital channels.
  • Create video-first content, recurring IPs, and case studies that showcase creative capabilities.
  • Drive storytelling through owned platforms including newsletters, reels, and campaigns.

Business Marketing & Demand Generation

  • Develop impactful case studies and marketing collaterals to support new business outreach.
  • Partner with teams on campaigns, announcements, and brand showcases.

Governance & Impact

  • Conduct brand audits and ensure consistent, high-quality representation.
  • Define success metrics, track performance, and optimize based on insights.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8–10 years of experience in B2B/agency/brand marketing within creative, media, or entertainment sectors.
  • Proven experience in PR, brand communication, and social-led storytelling.
  • Strong digital-first mindset and understanding of how creative agencies operate.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience with award entries or entertainment IP marketing.
  • A network of media/event contacts within the creative or entertainment industry.
  • Hands-on knowledge of tools like Canva, HubSpot, or Notion.
