Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Manager, located in Bareilly. The Agency Manager will be responsible for recruitment and managing a team of insurance agents, developing business strategies to achieve sales targets, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Daily tasks include recruiting and training new agents, monitoring agent performance, providing sales support, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The Agency Manager will also collaborate with other departments to coordinate marketing efforts and improve customer satisfaction.
