Agency Manager

Job Title:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our General Insurance Agency Channel team. The role involves recruiting, training, and managing insurance agents to drive business growth through the sale of general insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Agent Recruitment & Development:

  Identify, recruit, and onboard new insurance agents and advisors to build a strong agency network.

• Training & Mentoring:

  Provide product knowledge, sales training, and ongoing support to agents to enhance their productivity and compliance.

• Sales Target Achievement:

  Drive the sales of general insurance products (e.g., motor, health, fire, marine) through the agency channel to achieve monthly and yearly targets.

• Performance Monitoring:

  Track agent performance, provide regular feedback, and motivate them to meet individual and team goals.

• Relationship Management:

  Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and ensure their long-term engagement with the company.

• Market Intelligence:

  Stay updated on competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to improve sales strategies.

• Compliance & Documentation:

  Ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations and internal policies in all agent-related activities.

Qualifications:
