Education Graduate
Age – Upto 35 age
Candidates Min of 3/5 yrs experience in Insurance sales with background of Agency Channel will be preferred from General Insurance, Insurance Broking, Health Sales
Role & Responsibility: Recruitment of Agents from open market, achieving Top line and Bottom line, Retention, Agent Training.
CTC range- Upto 7 lacs Fixed - CTC hike will be based on the experience and exposure of the candidate and Org. benchmarking
Reimbursement + Quarterly incentives
