Your role as an Agency Manager at Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company involves focusing on building a quality Agency through the quality of hire and skilling to achieve key business outcomes. Your main responsibilities include ensuring adherence to all statutory and compliance requirements. Here are the key roles and responsibilities you will undertake: - Achieve Business Plans by effectively managing recruitment, activation, premium collection, case rate, case count, and persistency. - Engage, motivate, and enhance productivity of Agents through building strong relationships and ensuring constant induction, activation, and productivity. - Drive incentive and recognition schemes to exceed benchmark income for Agents. - Support Agents in liaison with the Head Office to address their requirements and concerns. - Ensure full compliance with regulatory norms and company policies. - Manage channel conflicts within the team. - Achieve product-wise targets and profitability by understanding Agents" business in-depth and identifying revenue generation opportunities. - Set goals for all Agents in the team, monitor their progress, and provide necessary mentoring. - Conduct regular field observations, demonstrations, and visits with the agency force. In terms of qualifications, you should have a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized educational institute. Regarding experience, you should possess 4-6 years of relevant work experience.
