Sales & Business Development: Drive sales, develop strategies to meet targets, expand business, and analyze market trends. Training & Development: Ensure advisors are well-trained on products, processes, and company values. Compliance: Uphold internal policies and external regulations (like IRDAI in India). Operations: Oversee daily operations, manage budgets (in some roles), and ensure efficient service delivery. Patient/Client Focus: Ensure agents provide good customer service and connect clients with appropriate health coverage.
