Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Manager at Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance, located in Ranchi. The Agency Manager will be responsible for recruiting and managing a team of insurance advisors, driving sales targets, providing training and support to the advisors, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Daily tasks include monitoring performance, conducting meetings, and developing strategies to increase sales and market presence.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide training and support to advisors
• Proficiency in market analysis and strategy development
