Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Manager at Aditya Birla Health Insurance Company Limited, located in Panchkula. The Agency Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing insurance agents. The role involves setting and achieving sales targets, providing support and guidance to agents, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, the Agency Manager will monitor market trends, develop business strategies, and report on performance metrics to senior management.
