Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Development Manager based in Pune. The Agency Development Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance agents. The role involves developing and implementing strategies to enhance productivity, monitoring the performance of agents, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Daily tasks include conducting regular meetings with agents, providing guidance and support, setting performance targets, and ensuring timely and effective customer service.
