Agency Development Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Agency Development Manager (ADM) to join our team. The ADM will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing a team of agents or advisors to drive business growth and meet sales targets. This role involves mentoring agents, helping them achieve performance goals, and ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations. Key Responsibilities: Recruit and build a high-performing team of insurance advisors or agents. Train and develop the agency team on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer relationship management. Drive sales performance to meet and exceed individual and team targets. Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and one-on-one coaching sessions. Support agents in client acquisition, retention, and relationship-building efforts. Ensure compliance with all company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards. Prepare and submit performance reports to management on a regular basis. Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities to increase visibility and business. Foster a positive work culture and team spirit within the agency network. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in sales, agency management, or related roles (insurance industry experience preferred). Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Good understanding of sales and customer service strategies. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Willingness to travel locally as required.
