Awareness vertical
Reporting To: Team Lead AFL
Location: Ameerpet, Hyderabad
Purpose:
To build, develop and maintain partnership with major corporates/conglomerates/chambers of commerce/public sector undertakings, schools/colleges and universities, housing societies for the deployment of Awareness For Life programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a stream of corporate partners through engagement with key stakeholders
- Ensure calendarization of programs at the partner organizations
- Guide partners on weaving wellness in their health and wellbeing strategy
- Increase the reach to more corporate partners and increase the frequency of programs
- Ensure smooth error free execution of AFL at the partner organization
- Participate in seminars/conferences and propagate the AFL programs to delegates
- Ensure proper engagement of stakeholders before and after AFL
- Reach out to health ambassadors – doctors and point of contact from partners
- Qualitative and quantitative impact assessment and reporting of the programs
- Participate in live programs and do quality checks and gather insights
- Ethnographic research to gather insights and suggest improvement
- Publish white papers on AFL best practices and impact
Operating Network:
Internal
: Connect with field colleagues PSR, ASM, RM on a daily basis and with SMs & DHs as and when need be. Collaborate with PMT/Corporate Communications & SCM for specific requirements. External
: Interface with corporates/industry bodies/chambers of commerce/ministry of health officials
Qualification
Professional Knowledge and Experience
- A degree in pharmacy/medicine/science
- Post-graduation in Management/Hospital Management/Organizational Behavior/Psychology from institutions like TISS/XLRI
- 2-3 years’ experience in training & development or healthcare will be preferable
- More than 3 years of experience of working with schools/colleges through publications is desirable
- More than 3 years of experience of working with RWAs/real estate organsiations
- Having worked in any industry body like CII/FICCI/ASSOCHAM etc
Desired Skills & Competencies:
Candidates should have but not be limited to the following abilities:
- Proven skills in critical thinking, assessment and analysis; strong competency in conceptualizing and designing strategic frameworks;
- Excellent communication, team building and training skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relations in and outside the organization
- Ability to undertake regular field visits and interact with different stakeholders;
- Demonstrated ability in report writing and presentation.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook
- Will to help others succeed, patience, self-Discipline, & a forever learning attitude
- Some experience in publications in form of articles, blogs or books
Travel Expectations
Though stationed at Hyderabad, the incumbent would be required to travel throughout the country for not less than 12 days every month. Travel is non-negotiable component of this role.
